Don’t eat too much, choose whole foods and avoid ‘junk’

That's pretty common advice. It's pretty simple, and if you leave now and start doing it I'll be happy.

So why this site?

Because the advice gets fuzzier the harder we try. The more we delve into the specifics the more contradictory and confusing it gets. Even doctors and scientists and governments can't seem to agree on what's best for us.

There are many great sites and blogs and sources of information, and I'm certainly not an expert, but I'm hoping to explain some of the ideas and present them in a structure that's easy to follow so you'll be more informed when making decisions that impact your health.
