Store details

I don't like keeping people waiting, especially if you're paying me, so my priority is sending your order as quickly as possible.

Placing orders

Online – products can be added to your cart from their own pages or all at once from this one page order form. I encourage ordering through this website mainly so you can check on stock availability and any other delays, but placing orders via email or phone is fine too.

Foxycart

I use Foxycart for the checkout process so don't be worried if you're taken to a page at https://getzoned.foxycart.com/ when you go to checkout, that's what's meant to happen.

Confirmation

If you order online you'll first receive an automatic email confirming your order details, then within a day or two I'll send a personal email confirming payment and delivery details. If you don't hear from me please contact me to find out what's going on, I don't mind being hassled.

Payment

You can choose to make your payment immediately or wait till I confirm stock or total price or delivery details. I accept online transfers, direct deposits, credit cards via PayPal, or cheques or money orders.

Bank Transfers

Direct transfers into my account are great and save me a few dollars in PayPal fees. Please include your name or invoice or order number in the description.

Credit Cards

I apologise I can't currently accept credit card payments over the phone.

You can pay with your credit card via PayPal, you don't have to be a member or join. If you elect to do so during checkout you will be taken to PayPal's secure site to make your payment. Otherwise I can send a payment link via email afterwards.

PayPal

I accept credit card payments via PayPal, and using your PayPal balance is of course fine too. Manual PayPal payments can be made to: maxwell@getzoned.com.au.

Cheques or Money Orders

Please make payable to Get Zoned and send to:

Cash

Cash payment is fine if you've arranged to pick up your order from my home.

Delivery

I use Australia Post for all normal deliveries.

Cost

Standard delivery within Australia costs $10, or delivery is free for orders totalling over $100.

Speed

I try to send your products on the day you order them, but sometimes it will be the next day and rarely 2 days after. If I'm away there will be delays, please check the store status box to the right (or below) before ordering.

So many of you will receive your products the day after placing your order. If you're outside Australia Post's normal overnight delivery zone (from Sydney) and I can fit your order in a 3kg express bag I will (what fits in a 3kg bag?). I can send larger orders express too but it may cost a lot more – if you'd like a quote let me know in the Any Notes box at step 3 of the checkout or contact me.

International

I can send products anywhere but please wait till I have quoted for delivery before paying.
